“So…what did you come here for, anyway?” she asked when we were sitting on the couch, a pint of ice cream between us. I almost wanted to shove my damn dick into the frozen dessert, it was so raw from fucking her as hard as I could. Finally. Finally.

But when she asked that question, I could have choked on the ice cream. I’d kind of hoped we could just skip straight over it. That we could keep the conversation focused on the future, not the past. Even the very-recent past.

“Well…” I stalled, digging out another spoonful of ice cream. She was wearing that white silk number again, the one she’d had on when she answered the door. And if I told her, then…I might never get the chance to do them.

“It’s embarrassing,” I finally said. She quirked an eyebrow.

“You were walking past my apartment when you were suddenly hit with explosive diarrhea?”

I flung a bit of ice cream in her direction. It landed on the upper swell of one breast, inviting me to lean in and lick it off…

But she held her hand out to stop me when I tried to do just that.

“Nuh-uh,” she said. “No more nookie until I know the truth. I’m curious. Why’d you come here? Surely you didn’t expect…this.”

No, I hadn’t expected this. I hadn’t dared to begin to wish for this.

“I just…went a little crazy, I guess. I mean, after the date…we never talked about it. About what was happening between us. And not knowing where you stood was just making me insane. I had to come over here and just ask.”

“Ask what?” she said, blinking sweetly.

“You know,” I said, wondering if she was playing dumb or being sadistic, forcing the words out of me.

“Ask if I liked kissing you? Well, I guess we’ve answered that question…”

“No,” I groaned. “Asked if you’d…um…want to date me. Officially. As my girlfriend.”

Her mouth parted in genuine surprise, her eyes going wide. Like she couldn’t imagine a man wanting to date her, asking to be her boyfriend. God, I felt like a teenager. Who even had to ask a chick to be in a relationship anymore? Usually, they changed their Facebook statuses before you even talked it through. And asking her to be my girlfriend…well, damn. I felt like a nerd.

But then she smiled, and it didn’t matter how I felt, because seeing her smile made my whole entire world align.

“That is so cute,” she said. “I mean…I don’t mean cute like…I just…guys don’t do that anymore. They just want to ‘hang out’. I…oh, yeah. Yes, Sam. I want to be your girlfriend.”

My smile stretched past my cheeks, I’m sure. She was so fucking perfect. I could feel my cock twitching to life again, knowing that she wanted me, too.
